Junior Finance Manager – Part‑time, Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Junior Finance Manager to join our Lisbon office. The role supports the finance team with analysis, budgeting, reporting and compliance, helping the business make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and prepare regular management reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal financial controls.
• Support the finance team in day‑to‑day operations and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
