Senior Accountant

About the role

Bravemind is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen its consultancy team. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive accounting, tax compliance, and reporting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of accounting, tax compliance, and reporting services for multiple clients.
• Create, implement, and maintain detailed accounting policies and procedures to enhance reporting clarity and consistency.
• Develop accounting analyses and validations to support client decision‑making.
• Design and implement effective accounting and reporting solutions aligned with local and group requirements.
• Establish, monitor, evaluate, and interpret accounting and tax data.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Build and maintain professional, trust‑based relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Tax, Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting and tax compliance within fast‑paced consulting environments.
• Experience with SNC and NCRF systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS (preferred).
• Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.
