SEO & AI Search Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to lead our organic growth across traditional search, conversational AI and emerging discovery platforms. Working remotely, you will shape how our product suite appears in Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI‑generated answer engines, turning search into a scalable growth engine for the iubenda Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings and traffic across core markets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and manage unified keyword governance to avoid cannibalisation.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site architecture, page speed, mobile optimisation, internal linking).
• Design and run scalable link‑building and digital PR campaigns targeting sources trusted by Google and LLMs.
• Create and manage GEO/AEO strategies to boost visibility in AI‑generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews).
• Implement schema markup, structured data, llms.txt and markdown resources for AI citation.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is formatted for AI visibility and monitor AI‑search performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI‑generated search engines and generative answer platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to algorithm changes.
