Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to help our clients increase their visibility on Google Search and Local Maps. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, but employees outside the USA must be reachable between 9 am‑3 pm US Eastern time for urgent requests.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the end‑to‑end SEO process for multiple client accounts.
• Deliver monthly SEO deliverables on time and with high quality.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities such as content upgrades, keyword expansion, technical fixes, and authority‑building tactics.
• Monitor Local Market Share and SERP rankings to ensure clients achieve a winning score.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report progress to managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience.
• At least 1 year working in an agency environment handling multiple accounts.
• Proven experience driving Local SEO initiatives and improving map‑pack performance.
• Availability to respond to urgent communications during US Eastern business hours.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge and intentional implementation.
