Senior Technical Product Manager - Keet (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the vision for Keet, our peer‑to‑peer messaging and video calling app, and drive it toward a billion users. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you will define strategy, convince leadership, and lead delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long‑term product vision and growth roadmap, analysing competitors such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal.
• Partner with engineering to solve hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi‑device support and battery efficiency.
• Lead the product team through sprint planning, prioritisation, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring reliable releases across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Own the real‑time voice and video calling experience, setting quality standards that match or exceed Google Meet and Zoom.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping consumer products to tens of millions of users.
• Strong product sense, able to set vision, measure outcomes and make fast decisions with incomplete information.
• Hands‑on builder who can prototype concepts in days using AI tools and write production JavaScript/React code.

Required skills

• Deep JavaScript and React expertise.
• Experience with mobile app development and release processes on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
• Knowledge of P2P architectures and the Holepunch stack (Pear, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee).
• Experience building real‑time voice/video calling features and understanding latency/quality trade‑offs.
• Proficiency with AI coding and design tools for rapid prototyping.
