Senior Project Manager – Travel Technology

About the role

Amadeus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex international projects within the travel technology and airport ecosystem. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, working closely with customers, senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, managing scope, risks, timelines and change requests.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure quality, budget and deadline compliance.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings, including Steering Committees, and support resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex international, customer‑facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Solid technical understanding of digital, travel or airport‑related projects.
• Highly organised, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer locations.
