Pricing & Customer Master Data Specialist – German & English

About the role

Join Enovis' Global Business Technology Hub in Lisbon as a Pricing & Customer Master Data Specialist supporting the DACH market. You will ensure accurate pricing and customer master data across ERP and CRM systems, enabling reliable order execution and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain customer master data and price lists in Oracle and Salesforce.
• Validate data for completeness, accuracy and compliance to prevent pricing and order‑processing errors.
• Manage price deviations, approval workflows, promotional pricing and customer‑specific exceptions.
• Respond to data and pricing queries, investigate root causes and coordinate timely resolution of escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT and other stakeholders to manage cross‑functional data dependencies.
• Partner with MDM colleagues across European markets to align standards, processes and governance.
• Support system upgrades, testing and enhancements related to pricing and master data functionality.
• Produce ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in pricing, customer master data, order management or a related data‑focused role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement, data quality or governance initiatives.
• Native or fluent German (C2) and English (B2 or above) in written and spoken communication.
• Legally eligible to work in the EU and available for occasional international travel.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, specifically Oracle and Salesforce.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify trends and root causes.
