About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Global Card Programs to lead the evolution of the Global Reach Partner Program, turning it into a robust, product‑led platform that supports worldwide growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage market and competitive intelligence for global issuance programs.
  • Align cross‑functional stakeholders to productize Global Reach, including Product Studio approval.
  • Drive governance and project management activities to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop sales enablement and marketing materials to commercialize the program.
  • Create product implementation guides and define eligibility criteria for various go‑to‑market models.

Required profile

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into clear direction.
  • Strong project management experience and highly organized.
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Creative, solution‑oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo.
