Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast‑growing fintech group. You will own the full recruitment cycle for both technical and business positions across Europe and globally, helping the company scale by attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, assess, and close candidates for engineering, product, data, IT, operations, finance, compliance, support, sales and other critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape team structures and set hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions in a competitive market.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Contribute to AI‑driven hiring initiatives, automation projects and process improvements.
• Support employer branding activities and market presence.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in fintech, payments, crypto, banking or fast‑paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of closing complex, senior or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Strong headhunting mindset and ability to challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Flexible, dynamic and comfortable in a rapidly changing scale‑up.
• Interest in AI‑driven hiring tools and recruitment automation.
