Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Siemens Energy is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its European Talent Acquisition team in Portugal. The role will ensure business continuity, improve hiring efficiency, and support the rapid ramp‑up of technical positions across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles, from intake to offer.
• Conduct screening calls and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Siemens Energy as an employer of choice.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor, providing market insights, recruitment trends, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices and support regional initiatives.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for hard‑to‑fill technical roles using multiple channels.
• Maintain robust talent pipelines and analyse market data to refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast‑paced in‑house, agency or RPO environments.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle recruitment for technical or IT positions.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage complex projects and handle challenging recruitment scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and advisory skills.
