Senior SAP Business Analyst

About the role

Banco Popular de Puerto Rico is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across multiple HR domains. The role combines strategic project leadership with hands‑on technical expertise to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the solutions expert for SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR transformation goals.
• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations and upgrades (H1 & H2) for Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, and People Analytics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, design tailored solutions, and configure the system.
• Oversee rollouts, create design documentation, conduct testing, develop cut‑over plans, and monitor performance.
• Develop custom reports and analytics to support HR decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and mentor internal staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Management, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 24 months of experience designing and managing HR technical solutions with SuccessFactors.
• All required SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Onboarding, Learning Management, Employee Central Core, Compensation).
