Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit with the role and company culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing guidance and status updates.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage the hiring process to successful onboarding.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best‑practice hiring processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
