Senior RPA Consultant - UiPath

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Senior RPA Consultant to join its Low Code & Automation unit in Portugal. The role bridges business needs and technical implementation: you will analyse, re-engineer and design robust automation solutions using UiPath, acting as a key player in Agile squads and turning complex business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality code.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in RPA processes, specifically with UiPath.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing automated processes with UiPath and following industry best practices.
• Proven experience drafting functional specifications for the design and/or construction of processes and solutions.
• Experience re-engineering processes for automation (RPA).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.

Required skills

• UiPath development and process design.
• Jira and Confluence.
• UiPath certifications (e.g. RPA Associate, Developer Advanced, Orchestrator).
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.

The position follows a hybrid model in Portugal.
