Cyber Project Manager – Sustainable Construction Sector

About the role

Devoteam Cyber Trust, the cybersecurity specialist arm of the Devoteam Group, is hiring a Cyber Project Manager in Lisbon. The role leads cybersecurity projects from scoping to final delivery, starting with a data protection solution that blocks unauthorized USB devices, then covering Zero-Trust, data protection, regulatory compliance and application security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, defining objectives, scope and risk assessments, following industry best practices in planning, quality assurance and communication.
• Act as central contact between business units, IT, OT, cybersecurity teams, vendors and external providers.
• Lead RFI and RFP processes for security solutions and help renew them with cybersecurity and purchasing teams.
• Prepare and lead project committees, present to Cyber Steering Committees and maintain project portfolio management tools.
• Analyse project risks and ensure compliance with standards such as NIS2, GDPR and Secure-by-Design.
• Deliver project framing and scoping documents, steering committee reports, process and deployment documentation, and transition-to-run documentation.

Required profile

• Expert-level project management with a proven track record of scoping, leading and delivering complex IT/security projects.
• Expert-level reporting and communication with executives and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, Zero-Trust, NIS2 and GDPR.
• Solid technical foundation in enterprise IT and OT environments.
