About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The role will be pivotal in supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering with managers and employees to deliver HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people‑related matters.
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, internal movements, and off‑boarding.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities, from defining hiring requirements to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent providers.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to local labour legislation and internal HR guidelines.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, safeguarding confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration activities.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and identify training opportunities.
- Support performance management processes, including objective setting, evaluations, and career development planning.
- Contribute to employee engagement programmes that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and analyse key people metrics to support decision‑making.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR and contribute to broader business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
