Senior CRM Marketing Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Officer who is fluent in French to lead and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and team development within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and launch campaign counts to support Marketing project managers.
• Receive communication assets, generate proofs (BAT) and ensure they are correctly integrated.
• Configure campaigns across channels, including targeting and offline assets, and make the campaign kit available in the CRM tool.
• Supervise and develop the skills of junior CRM Marketing Officers.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign quality and monitor key performance indicators.
• Produce performance reports and manage evolutionary maintenance of the CRM platform.
• Support the Team Leader by managing CRM‑related projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Strong organisational, communication and collaborative abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Project Management concepts and tools.
