Junior Social Media Associate

About the role

Air Apps is seeking a motivated Junior Social Media Associate to join its onsite team in Lisbon. You will work closely with the Creator Relations Specialist to support content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creator Relations Specialist to execute social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.
• Monitor daily interactions, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
• Collect and review creator deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing internal reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose fresh ideas for campaigns.
• Provide administrative support for creator collaborations, events, and cross‑team initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (including internships or academic projects).
• Familiarity with major social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats.
• Team player eager to learn under senior guidance.
• Based onsite in Lisbon (5 days/week) and enthusiastic about AI, productivity, and digital tools.
