Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support product launches, brand growth and profitability objectives. Based onsite in Lisbon, the role collaborates across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic corporate marketing projects, including direct mail, digital campaigns, social media, workshops, symposia and events.
• Define and execute branding initiatives, maintaining visual identity and brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Supervise online communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency and innovation.
• Plan, manage and optimise the marketing budget, monitor KPIs and produce strategic reports.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, translating goals into measurable results.
• Lead digital campaigns, optimise content for website, intranet and social platforms, and increase organic and paid visibility.
• Organise and participate in trade fairs, workshops and brand activations to generate business opportunities.
• Analyse market and competitor data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar marketing or communication roles.
• Strong writing and communication abilities, critical thinking and creativity.
• Team‑player with flexibility, problem‑solving orientation and leadership potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using social media and digital marketing platforms.
