Senior Consultant – People Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its People Consulting team in Lisbon. You will work with leading organisations to shape HR strategies, design operating models and drive large‑scale change initiatives. The role combines analytical rigor with a collaborative mindset to deliver practical solutions that improve people performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategic projects for multiple clients.
• Design and implement HR operating models and organisational structures.
• Improve HR process efficiency and manage people‑related risks.
• Advise clients on a broad range of people challenges, from change management to talent strategy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, practical solutions.
• Produce insights and adapt methodologies to fit each client’s business needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand EY’s service offerings and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organisational change, design, HR operating models, process efficiency or related transactions.
• Experience in a global consultancy or large‑scale in‑house projects.
• Strong project‑management focus and ability to think creatively.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
