About the role

Springer Nature is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Researcher Platform teams within SN Digital. You will help shape the transition of academic research communication by supporting digital products that enable researchers to discover, read, and publish content across the Springer Nature portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Analyse user data and market trends to drive growth in content consumption and manuscript submissions.
• Support the development of AI‑enabled tools that scale validated research data.
• Translate business goals into actionable specifications for engineering and design teams.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback from millions of global visitors.
