Systems & Microsoft Cloud Administrator (Intune, Azure)

About the role

The role focuses on designing, administering, and securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for a portfolio of international clients. You will manage endpoint devices, cloud resources, and core infrastructure services to ensure high availability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS devices, including policy creation, Autopilot, compliance, and application deployment.
• Monitor service health, manage service requests, and oversee change management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Configure and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, databases, and networking components.
• Maintain critical infrastructure services: Domain Controllers, DNS, file servers, backups, and patch management.
• Manage firewalls, switches, access points, and provide LAN/WAN support across all office locations.
• Implement security controls using Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Microsoft Security Baselines, Sentinel, Conditional Access, and other emerging Microsoft Cloud security features.
