Seasonal HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join Popular as a Seasonal HR Associate focused on Talent Acquisition. You will provide outstanding candidate support, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure a smooth application experience while guiding internal customers on recruitment policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone pre‑screenings and coordinate testing for assigned positions.
• Post and administer job advertisements, respond to candidate questions, and manage candidate communications.
• Document all interactions in SuccessFactors and email to maintain consistency.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal hiring managers, delivering timely and courteous service.
• Assist with orientation on Talent Acquisition processes and policies for both applicants and internal customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related field.
• At least two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with clear and persuasive oral communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR platform.
