Retail Customer Service Representative – Golf (Faro Airport)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing brand that serves European golf enthusiasts by providing convenient access to golf clubs at Faro Airport. As a Retail Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Manage golf club collections, rentals and returns.
• Process bookings and payments accurately.
• Answer enquiries and provide information about rental services.
• Check and prepare golf equipment before collection.
• Ensure returned equipment is processed and stored correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable shop environment.

Required profile

• Fluent/native English (C1) – written and spoken.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience, preferably in a busy environment.
• Strong interest or knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, reliable and organised.
• Eligible to live and work in Portugal and able to commute to Faro Airport.
