About the role
Savills is building a high‑impact residential sales operation in Lisbon and seeks a Residential Sales Manager to lead, grow and elevate a top‑tier team. This is a growth project, not a replacement role, offering the chance to shape strategy, build a team from the ground up and capture market share in the premium residential segment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing residential sales team, setting standards, pace and ambition.
- Own and execute the commercial strategy for residential sales in Lisbon, aligned with market opportunities and Savills’ global positioning.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
- Set, track and exceed KPIs with a strong focus on performance, accountability and results.
- Support and lead complex negotiations with high‑value clients and strategic mandates.
- Create a culture of excellence, discipline and commercial hunger.
- Collaborate with marketing, research and operational teams to maximise impact.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends and competitive gaps and act quickly.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams, preferably in residential real estate.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Natural leader and motivator capable of building trust, discipline and high performance.
- Sharp commercial mindset with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and client management skills.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
- High level of professionalism, resilience and ambition.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus).
