Group Lead Buyer – Corporate Services (French Speaker)

About the role

The Group Lead Buyer will drive procurement strategy for corporate services, including real estate, construction, facilities management and related categories across BNP Paribas entities. The role requires managing large spend budgets, supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with CSR policies while supporting internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement procurement strategies and action plans for assigned categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, act as key supplier manager and monitor supplier risk.
• Oversee a spend budget of several hundred million euros and report savings.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate entity buyers and ensure alignment with group procurement rules.
• Communicate results to purchasing teams and support the rollout of global contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Procurement Management.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement and facilities management.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability and result‑driven mindset.
