Group Lead Buyer – Corporate Services (French Speaker)

About the role

The Group Lead Buyer for Corporate Services will optimise spend across construction, facilities management, office furniture, energy and commercial real estate segments for BNP Paribas entities, ensuring compliance with group procurement policies and CSR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define procurement strategy and action plan for assigned segments.
• Oversee implementation of purchasing actions across BNP Paribas entities.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure internal customer satisfaction on cost, quality and service.
• Lead multi‑functional teams and coordinate entity buyers and CPOs.
• Monitor and report savings, ensuring compliance with CSR and procurement policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Procurement.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement and facilities management.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability and client focus.
