Reliability Engineer – Sustainable Energy

About the role
Join a global team that drives innovation in sustainable energy. As a Reliability Engineer you will analyse performance data, manage risks and support the lifecycle of wind‑farm assets to improve fleet reliability and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse high‑impact performance and reliability drivers to eliminate losses and defects.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and site personnel to address anomalies affecting equipment availability and maintainability.
- Perform fleet and component reliability analyses, including life‑data, reliability growth, degradation and recurring event studies.
- Lead root‑cause investigations, reporting and monitoring of prioritized reliability topics.
- Support failure analysis and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop data‑driven models to detect changes in wind‑farm equipment behaviour.
- Conduct recurring health assessments of mission‑critical components using analytics tools.
- Maintain and enhance reporting and analysis tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (preferred).
- Relevant certification in Reliability Engineering is desirable.
- Experience with root‑cause analysis and 8D methodology.
- Willingness to travel for briefings, conferences or training.
- Ability to conduct reliability and failure‑prediction analyses.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Python programming.
- SQL querying.
- Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
- Statistical analysis and data‑mining software.
