Reliability Engineer – Sustainable Energy

About the role

Join a global team that drives innovation in sustainable energy. As a Reliability Engineer you will analyse performance data, manage risks and support the lifecycle of wind‑farm assets to improve fleet reliability and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse high‑impact performance and reliability drivers to eliminate losses and defects.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and site personnel to address anomalies affecting equipment availability and maintainability.
• Perform fleet and component reliability analyses, including life‑data, reliability growth, degradation and recurring event studies.
• Lead root‑cause investigations, reporting and monitoring of prioritized reliability topics.
• Support failure analysis and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop data‑driven models to detect changes in wind‑farm equipment behaviour.
• Conduct recurring health assessments of mission‑critical components using analytics tools.
• Maintain and enhance reporting and analysis tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (preferred).
• Relevant certification in Reliability Engineering is desirable.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis and 8D methodology.
• Willingness to travel for briefings, conferences or training.
• Ability to conduct reliability and failure‑prediction analyses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Python programming.
• SQL querying.
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Statistical analysis and data‑mining software.
