QA/QC Regional Coordinator

About the role

The QA/QC Regional Coordinator will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework for all Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities across the company’s global renewable energy portfolio. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, client contracts, regulatory requirements and industry best practices while supporting operational excellence and asset reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain O&M Quality Management Plans, procedures, work instructions and standards across the region.
• Conduct quality visits, audits and inspections to verify records, test reports, certificates and compliance with ITPs.
• Monitor and report on quality performance, analyse indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Non‑Conformance Reports, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Support site teams in root‑cause analysis, CAPA implementation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or related) and at least 5 years of QA/QC experience in renewable energy O&M.
• Proven experience managing quality systems across multiple countries and leading regional quality programs.
• Fluent English and a valid Category B driving licence with willingness to travel regularly in Spain.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA management and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CMMS, ERP and Asset Management platforms.
