About the role

RE/MAX + Grupo Vantagem, a network of 50 agencies across Portugal, is looking for enthusiastic Talent Recruiters to join its recruitment department serving Lisbon, Sintra and the South Margin area. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting high‑potential candidates who can thrive in a dynamic real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and evaluate candidates for various positions within the group.
• Conduct interviews and assess fit against role requirements and company culture.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment CRM.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
