Recruiting Specialist

About the role

As a Recruiting Specialist at Batmaid, you will be the first point of contact for cleaning agents joining our platform. You will manage the front‑end of the hiring funnel, ensuring every new colleague meets our standards of quality, reliability and legal compliance while contributing to a socially responsible mission.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs daily to identify candidates that match Batmaid’s requirements.
• Conduct high‑volume initial interviews to evaluate professionalism, experience and motivation.
• Verify work permits, background checks and other legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal systems for smooth hand‑off to subsequent hiring steps.
• Drive the recruitment pipeline to achieve monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with ownership of the candidate pipeline.
• Energetic and empathetic, able to handle back‑to‑back interviews.
• Native German speaker with fluent English.
• Experience in a fast‑paced start‑up or cleaning/hospitality environment is a plus.
