Recruiter & Interviewer (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑growing global organization by identifying and selecting top talent. You will conduct video interviews and role‑playing assessments, evaluating candidates against the required skills, behaviours and cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily for a variety of open positions.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to gauge real‑time communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Deep‑dive into each role to understand the specific skills, experience and behaviours needed for success.
• Maintain accurate interview notes, evaluations and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, discuss candidate assessments and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote environment.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple interviews efficiently.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a fully remote setting, with punctuality and consistent availability.
