Program Manager - Global Transformation

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the technology systems that power the world's leading businesses, and is looking for a Program Manager in Lisbon. The role leads the global transformation roadmap for a client, turning business objectives into initiatives, milestones and deliverables while keeping technology, operations, people and processes aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global transformation roadmap and translate business objectives into concrete initiatives and milestones
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, manage expectations and facilitate strategic decisions
• Set up governance (steering committees, cadences, reporting) and monitor KPIs, risks and dependencies
• Identify operational, financial and organisational risks and run mitigation plans
• Ensure measurable business impact and track the ROI of initiatives
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and build their capability

Required profile

• 10-15+ years of experience, including 5-8 years managing complex, large-scale transformation programs
• Proven track record leading end-to-end transformation programs (digital transformation, cost optimisation, organisational change)
• Experience engaging C-level, board and executive sponsors and influencing strategic decisions
• Background in strategy consulting or business transformation preferred
