IT Delivery Solution Architect (All Genders)

About the role

Diconium works on digital business transformation across industries, helping companies turn software, data and AI into value. As an IT Delivery Solution Architect (also called IT Consultant), you join a cross-functional project team of software developers, testers and agile project managers and advise clients from scoping to go-live. The role suits someone with a specialist background such as AI-enabled solutions, web platforms, mobile/embedded environments, cloud/platform engineering, security engineering or solution and business design.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the solution vision with stakeholders, document key decisions and trade-offs, and design end-to-end architecture that meets functional requirements, non-functional requirements and operational constraints.
• Make sure solutions are scalable, resilient, observable and secure by default, with production readiness considered early.
• Keep architecture practical: guide delivery from design to implementation and join the team hands-on when needed.
• Produce usable artifacts such as diagrams, architectural decision records, API contracts, readiness checklists, runbook inputs and dashboard/alert baselines.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies with clear rationale and lifecycle thinking, aligned with the product roadmap.
• Promote reuse-first delivery with reusable templates, reference implementations and building blocks.
• Mentor team members and remove impediments between teams.
• Occasionally build a proof of concept and help with code reviews.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers.
• Enthusiasm for agile work and innovative methods and technologies.
• Good spoken and written English.
