Junior Proxy Product Owner - CSD Domain

About the role

Euronext is looking for a Junior Proxy Product Owner for its CSD domain to join the Euronext Securities team in Porto. The position reports to the Digital Product Owner and focuses on Central Securities Depository (CSD) services, including settlement and securities-related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the product vision and roadmap for CSD services, including settlement and securities-related solutions
• Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders, IT and operations, ensuring effective communication and alignment
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, with guidance from senior team members
• Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments to support timely feature delivery
• Contribute to product lifecycle activities such as testing, delivery and continuous improvement
• Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) with the Digital Adoption team
• Help manage dependencies with other systems and platforms, including trading, data distribution and reporting
• Contribute to initiatives using artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market

Required profile

• Degree in business, finance, computer science or a related field
• One to two years of experience in product management, business analysis or post-trade services (internships included)
• Understanding of CSD operations, settlement processes or financial market infrastructure is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• Ability to write user stories and functional requirements
