Product Growth Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is seeking a Product Growth Specialist to own subscription and ad monetization strategies across its mobile app portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design pricing, paywalls, upsell flows and retention tactics while keeping user experience central.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify monetization opportunities.
• Design and implement subscription and ad revenue strategies, including pricing tiers and paywall placements.
• Collaborate with design and development to integrate monetization features and run A/B tests.
• Develop win‑back and upsell campaigns, and improve onboarding and free‑trial conversion.
• Maintain documentation, monitor compliance with Apple policies and international regulations.

Required profile

• Approximately 4+ years of experience in mobile app monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, revenue modeling and performance reporting.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, design and engineering.

Required skills

• In‑app purchase systems, paywall design, pricing models and subscription lifecycle management.
• Ad monetization platforms such as AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin.
• A/B testing tools.
• App Store Connect and familiarity with Apple’s monetization policies.
