Polish‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – AI Annotation

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO firm in Lisbon as a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will work on‑site evaluating and annotating AI‑generated content, helping improve large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated responses using detailed quality and annotation guidelines.
• Label and annotate language model outputs accurately and consistently.
• Evaluate content for relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance.
• Identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and quality issues, escalating when necessary.
• Analyse structured text and datasets while maintaining high accuracy and meeting productivity targets.
• Provide actionable feedback to support AI model improvement and uphold data security standards.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Polish with excellent written communication.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and annotation/evaluation platforms.
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
