Customer Support Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Senior Associate to deliver a seamless, high‑touch experience to our users across chat, email and phone. You will become the voice of our customers, troubleshoot issues, and help shape our product through direct feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via chat, email and phone, ensuring an effective and enjoyable experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product‑related issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
• Provide product feedback and insights to cross‑functional teams based on customer interactions.
• Share learnings and contribute to the knowledge base to support team growth.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering high‑quality, high‑touch support across multiple channels.
• Persistent, analytical problem‑solver who can explain complex issues simply.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and tech‑savvy.
• Experience with support tools such as FreshWorks, Intercom or Zendesk.
• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, fintech or SaaS products.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
