About the role
We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team in Lisbon. You will provide assistance to airline customers through multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to answer queries accurately.
- Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver complete and valid information.
- Maintain high levels of client service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Polish speaker, both written and spoken.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
