Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Lisbon. You will support users and clients on online video sharing and social media platforms, handling escalated inquiries and ensuring policy‑aligned resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve escalated user or client inquiries via email, chat and support platforms.
• Translate complex technical or policy issues into clear, concise communications.
• Conduct thorough research and apply critical thinking to deliver accurate resolutions.
• Review, organize and update user‑facing content and documentation for clarity and consistency.
• Proofread and edit written materials to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve high‑priority issues.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer service or user engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑19:00) and adapt to dynamic priorities.
