Performance Creative Lead

About the role

FINNFINN is a fast‑growing fintech delivering Earned Wage Access in the Philippines, Thailand and soon South Africa. We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead to own the creative strategy and production that powers our paid‑acquisition channels across these markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative feedback loop: analyse ad performance by hook, angle and format, generate hypotheses, write briefs and maintain a prioritized testing backlog.
• Produce high‑volume AI‑generated video, image and voice assets, calibrate generative tools, and ensure quality before launch.
• Build and manage UGC creator networks in each market, briefing native‑speaker creators and securing sign‑off on all assets.
• Maintain strict compliance with Meta and other platform policies for financial products, aiming for zero disapprovals.
• Support non‑ad channels such as organic social, CRM, out‑of‑home and brand‑positioning initiatives.
• Document successful processes, create playbooks and, when throughput caps, recruit and manage the first members of a creative team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of creating ads that outperform controls, with clear metrics and insights.
• Extensive experience producing generative video, image and voice content at scale.
• Hands‑on experience managing UGC creators or influencers, especially in multilingual markets.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics (hook rate, cost per acquisition, etc.).
