Campaign & Audience Specialist

About the role

The CRM Campaign and Audience Specialist will manage and optimise audience segments and campaigns, covering email production, HTML integration, testing, troubleshooting, client approvals and scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to optimise campaign performance and increase engagement.
• Build and maintain automated email campaigns to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance data and use insights to inform future strategies and optimisations.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to develop new campaigns and improve user experience.
• Run operational reviews with markets, collect demand, and ensure adherence to CRM service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in audience segmentation and campaign management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• HTML coding for email creation and testing.
