Content Innovation Specialist

About the role

The Content Innovation Specialist will join Nestlé Business Solutions’ Global Content Solutions team to drive the evolution of the company’s Global Content Operating Model. You will identify, evaluate and pilot innovative technologies, AI solutions and automation opportunities that enhance content production efficiency, quality and scalability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends in AI, automation and digital content production and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts and comparative assessments of creative technologies such as Adobe, generative AI platforms and localization tools.
• Analyse existing workflows, design future-state operating models and develop business cases for automation.
• Own end-to-end innovation pilots, including requirements gathering, testing, risk assessment and executive reporting.
• Produce technical guidelines, playbooks and training materials to support global adoption.

Required profile

• Experience in content production, digital content operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external technology partners in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
