Payroll Specialist – Global People Team

About the role

Revolut’s People team is looking for a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple countries. You will act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and help shape the payroll infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accurate and compliant employment‑related payments and deductions for assigned countries.
• Provide high‑level service by advising employees on payroll questions and meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Collect, validate, and process payroll data efficiently.
• Liaise with HR, payroll providers, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Forecast salaries and coordinate bank transfers.
• Oversee statutory and internal reporting requirements.
• Participate in payroll audits and ensure documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Streamline internal processes, establish controls, and reduce risk.
• Support compensation and benefits initiatives in partnership with the HR Advisory team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, Specialist, or Analyst handling end‑to‑end cycles.
• Strong knowledge of local income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves, and related payroll elements.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll and HR software.
• Experience managing payroll integrations, complex systems, and vendor relationships.
