Operations & Process Excellence Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an Operations & Process Excellence Specialist to support operational excellence within a shared services environment for a global energy leader. The role focuses on managing learning and development activities across multiple countries, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate learning and development operational activities, aligning them with business priorities across regions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate expectations, and collaborate with internal clients and partners.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and simplify shared services.
- Support design, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives for learning operations.
- Analyze operational performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain well‑documented, standardized processes across geographies.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, follow‑ups, and governance routines with global stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects focused on transformation and performance improvement within learning services.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) – course setup, enrolments, content management, and reporting.
- Monitor learning participation, completion rates, compliance training, and user experience metrics.
- Assist with training catalogue management, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external providers.
- Ensure global learning policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements are reflected in operational practices.
- Analyse dashboards, reports, and presentations to support learning governance and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset focused on efficiency and optimisation.
- Experience in operations, shared services, learning administration, or process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in an international environment.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and driven by continuous improvement.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
