About the role

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you will be the backbone of the Bayamón store, ensuring smooth daily operations that support an exceptional client experience. This part‑time, on‑site role blends inventory management, visual merchandising and team support to keep the store running beautifully.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
• Assist with visual merchandising, setting up promotions and executing events that reflect Sephora’s brand.
• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members feel empowered.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or a client‑focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
