Inventory Control Associate – Full-Time

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Inventory Control Associate to join our Walmart team in Bayamón. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
Key responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and transport freight to the backroom.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is correctly placed and labeled.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when required.
- Lift and move items weighing more than 50 lb safely.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced backroom environment.
- Reliability and attendance for scheduled shifts.
