Night Auditor – Front Office Agent (Night Shift)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on the night shift at Pestana Bahia Praia. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while maintaining the high standards of our 4‑star property.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly front‑desk workspace.
- Answer and forward phone calls, ensuring timely communication.
- Verify that quality standards and hotel policies are consistently applied.
- Provide accurate night audit reports and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar front‑office role within a 4‑star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
Required skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in French and English.
