Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Schulte Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic, service‑oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team. You will ensure the highest level of guest service while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Assign duties, train new associates, and cross‑train existing staff.
• Monitor room status, rates, discounts and coordinate room blocking.
• Maintain accurate registration records and oversee VIP arrivals.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling emergencies and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• Strong leadership ability and experience supervising staff.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
