Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who blends data‑driven media buying with a strong creative vision. You will own the end‑to‑end process of paid advertising campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization and performance reporting, while shaping the creative direction that drives sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms, handling targeting, budgets, bidding, pacing and daily performance.
• Monitor core metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and CVR, scaling winning ads and fixing under‑performing ones.
• Develop the creative strategy for each campaign, identifying high‑performing hooks, messaging, offers and formats.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors and UGC creators to produce fresh ad concepts and testing pipelines.
• Design and execute structured creative testing plans, quickly identifying winning assets and scaling them across audiences and platforms.
• Analyze campaign data, generate regular performance reports and turn insights into actionable recommendations for the broader marketing team.
